Deferred Assessment
Deferred Assessment’s Instructions: Â
For Students:
Â
- Step 1:Â Log in to the university website through the following link: [https://student.gulfuniversity.edu.bh/.
- Step 2:Â Go to the “Student Services” section.
- Step 3:Â Select “Deferred Assessment.”
- Step 4:Â Submit an application for deferred assessment through the provided form.

For Unit of A&R:Â Â
Â
- Receive request with evidence and fees receipt.
- Send to the relevant Dean.
For the Dean:
Â
- Evaluate students’ requests and provide decision on either approval or decline for each case. Â
- Send the approved cases to the University Exam Committee to conduct the deferred examinations.
- Send the approved cases for Project Juries/ Assessment Panels, to the relevant Head of Department to conduct deferred assessments. Â
- Send the list of rejected cases to A&R Unit.
