Teaching & Learning Statement

Mrs. Noor’s strategy of teaching and learning involves incorporating theory into practical use by adapting to modern developments and technological advancements. In her lectures, she focuses on implementing various teaching strategies that highlight student engagement and discussion. She takes pleasure in involving students in various activities that improve their cooperation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Teaching human resources and management courses like employee engagement, diversity management, and principles of management is Mrs. Noor’s area of expertise.

Experience

Mrs. Noor has worked at several educational institutions for more than five years as an academic. Her background in education will be useful in introducing different strategies to get students involved in various activities. In addition to her academic background, she has almost two years of industrial experience.

Research Interest

The areas of research that Mrs. Noor focuses on are work-life balance, job performance, and employee engagement in the context of human resources management. She is, yet, also drawn to leadership and business ethics. She is presently dedicated to conducting research that will advance human practices results in empowerment and autonomy.
