The IDE students have visited two sites City Center Towers and Violet Smart Living – Amwaj Island under supervision of Dr. Ashraf Nadheer and Dr. Omar Blibech and during Spring Semester 2021-2022 on 05/04/2022. This site visit was within Smart and Sustainable Interiors and Interior Design Studio Engineering I course. Exploring real-life projects/contexts of smart and sustainable technologies within interior built environments. To Demonstrate understanding of design process and the relations between the design phases (Analysis / Synthesis / Evaluation / Decision) towards simple interrelation between design and engineering in small scale interior environment.
