Munich, Germany – In an effort to enhance international academic collaboration, Professor Firas Mohammed, Dean of the Law Faculty, and Associate Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Sheikhli, Head of the Scientific Research Council, visited Macromedia University in Munich, Germany, on February 29, 2024. During the visit, the delegation met with Professor Mohammed Badr, a member of the university’s Board of Trustees and one of its distinguished professors.
The visit included a tour of the Munich campus, where guests were introduced to the advanced educational facilities and resources the university offers its students. The tour also featured extensive discussions about various aspects of the cooperation agreement between the two universities, focusing particularly on the academic programs offered by Macromedia University and opportunities for engineering students to train at major companies partnered with the university, such as BMW.
Professor Firas Mohammed emphasized the significance of the visit, stating, “Through these partnerships, we aim to provide valuable educational and training opportunities for our students, which will expand their academic and professional horizons.” For his part, Professor Mohammed Badr reiterated Macromedia University’s commitment to supporting scientific and cultural exchange with Arab educational institutions.
This collaboration is part of the universities’ efforts to develop joint educational programs that meet the demands of the international job market and enhance their standing as centers of innovation and academic excellence.
