Deferred Assessment

Deferred Assessment’s Instructions:  

For Students:
 
    • Step 1: Log in to the university website through the following link: [https://student.gulfuniversity.edu.bh/.
    • Step 2: Go to the “Student Services” section.
    • Step 3: Select “Deferred Assessment.”
    • Step 4: Submit an application for deferred assessment through the provided form.
 
For Unit of A&R:  
 
    • Receive request with evidence and fees receipt.
    • Send to the relevant Dean.
For the Dean:
 
    • Evaluate students’ requests and provide decision on either approval or decline for each case.  
    • Send the approved cases to the University Exam Committee to conduct the deferred examinations.
    • Send the approved cases for Project Juries/ Assessment Panels, to the relevant Head of Department to conduct deferred assessments.  
    • Send the list of rejected cases to A&R Unit.
