        Gulf University endeavors to excel in scholarly research, as one of the university's key motives is to contribute to the development and dissemination of knowledge for public use. This is achieved through encouraging and supporting faculty, researchers and students to conduct a wide range of fundamental and applied research.  GU nurture research that addresses core questions in economic, environmental, technological, scientific and academic issues. Through research, the university aspires to benefit researchers and practitioners, which will contribute to the development of societies both regionally and internationally.
